Todd and the other service techs always make me fee so welcome and provide the best care. I had received an email from Hyundai that I needed $142 worth of service. Todd reassured me I only needed an oil change. Thank you!

The Best Damn Service Ever!!
So crazy thing happens. I’m driving minding my business enjoying my lunch break music concert in my car. I’m driving about to let my window up and then boom, window isn’t going up. I’m freaking out, like I live in Ohio where we have no clue how the weather can be and my window is stuck down. I drive into the service bay and Todd Kistler was swift and real polite, “ so what brings you in?” I tell him “I think I broke my window.” The part had to be ordered and I had my baby back the next day. Dennis Hyundai East always does my service and hey do a fantastic job every time!!

Nice Staff, Nice Service, Honest Work!
Vehicle was with my Child at OSU campus, Transmission Troubles fortunately in Parking Lot, Got towed to Dennis Hyundai.
Todd Kistler, very Professional, Honest Service Manager worked with me in Pittsburgh over phone, Mechanic Sean Murphy did good Job.
Cashiers Melanie and Keena Woods were very helpful and courteous! Manager Casey kept us informed timely.
My Child would graduate and then the vehicle would be at different location hence I may not have chance to utilize their services.

I must confess they continue to impress
Hands down the best service I have ever experienced from a dealership. I genuinely love these people, the service managers are respectful, friendly and honest when dealing with me. they have never been anything less than professional and friendly on a personal level. Other dealerships should take note and strive to achieve this level of satisfaction from their customers.
