Excellent customer service
I needed a service technician to find out why my brake lights stayed on after I shut off the car! It was a loose switch which the technician secured into place—at no charge!

This dealership did great work on my car when needed. Only complaint I have is this dealership doesn’t provide a courtesy car when your car is being serviced and also the prices are a bit higher then other Hyundai dealerships.

As usual, this Hyundai dealer is the best. My service person is Sean T. He is absolutely the most caring and thorough person. He explains exactly what is wrong (if anything) and what it takes to fix it. He sets my mind at ease each time that he comes out to the car when I drive up to the service department. He lets me know that he wants to provide the best service possible, and he really, really does!!! He comes and gives me updates if needed and doesn't try to rush me if I have questions. He is very, very patient. I would recommend this Hyundai dealer to anyone with a special recommendation to "see Sean" if there is a need to visit the service department. Thank you for having such a caring person working for you.
