service advisor makes all the difference

Have been servicing this Elantra at the dealership since I purchased the car in July 2018. I had my first Elantra also serviced at the dealership. My experience with Tunde O'Connor was the very best service I have ever received, from any service advisor. She was thorough; reviewed the service history of the vehicle. She informed me of the time remaining on warranty; something I was not accurately aware of. She listened carefully to my concern and relayed it clearly to the mechanic. Tunde continued to update me as to the progress of the servicing while I was waiting . The service inspection was thoroughly reviewed and explained. The customer's understanding of and satisfaction with the service was her focus. Her kind manner and friendly personality are truly appreciated. St Augustine Hyundai is fortunate to have her.

Great service

Every time I have had service at this Hyundai dealer, I've been impressed by the personal feeling and fast, polite service. This time I used the free shuttle service and had a great conversation with Sylvester, my driver. It just added to the whole experience, which I really appreciated.

Peace of mind

This dealership went above and beyond what’s expected. They were closing in 15 minutes yet they came to my rescue when my tire went flat and battery was dead. They stayed until everything was back to normal. I really appreciate their accommodating me on a Saturday afternoon.

The Service Writer who assisted me was Roger and he kept me informed as to the status of the repair. He explained what they were going to do and then reviewed the repair with me. He suggested other things to look for before my next service and did not take me up the ladder, so to speak.

The Service Advisors at this dealership are the best. I have worked with every one of them so far by bringing all my family vehicles in for service (not just my Hyundai but a Chevy, Honda, Kia & Toyota). The Advisors are knowledgeable about the needs if any for the vehicles. This shows that the Techs at you your dealership are also knowledgeable of every brand of cars. Your Advisor(s) also gave me the approximately time the service would take. The detail section of your dealership impressed me. Overall, an average job. Oil change took too long. The car wash is subpar leaving streak marks on window and car. I would pay for a better quality job.
