They don't try to upsell you on repairs you didn't ask for. Car finished on time and exterior washed.

Coffee and snacks provided and hot food available for purchase.

Love Lakeland Hyundai
Been dealing with them since 2013. Have purchased two cars and two SUV’s from them. Never a problem with sales or service. We moved and I’m 80 miles away and I still have our cars service at Lakeland.

Excellent Service by Lakeland Hyundai
I was quite surprised by the call of Heidi who mentioned about possible elimination of windy noises of my 2020 Palisade. I have been bothered by these noises since I bought it at Orlando. She did excellent job of coordinating with her staff and an expert on noise control. This kind of services is beyond the duty of a normal Hyundai service person. In addition, she volunteered to wash my car. Over all I am impressed with Lakeland Hyundai services.

I still have reservations about returning, after, my last service. The only saving grace was Jessica Alexander, service Manager's, persistence to try to rectify the situation. I appreciate her service and customer care over the years. She is an asset to this company.

Speedy service scheduling
I arrived for an oil change and check up for my Kona, and needed to get my Tucson scheduled for an urgent repair. Unfortunately, the needed parts were not available. As I was completing the transaction for the oil change, a couple of the parts needed for the other vehicle had arrived. I was told if I could be at the service center by opening time, the Tucson service would be completed the next day. We will be leaving for another state in a few weeks so the timing of a complete repair was critical. The Lakeland Hyundai Service Center made it happen. I have a positive experience each time I bring the vehicles in for service, The first time I need a repair, it is resolved expeditiously. Absolutely awesome!

The people are nice.
My sister's truck needs brakes. she bought her truck from Jenkins Nissan. If you go to their web page they are advertising a $5.00 oil change. My sister ends up paying $900.00 in labor costs. The salesman told her, "the truck was on life support, and he was afraid to drive it to the back". He compared her truck to have a heart attack. My sister was so scared she left her car there and signed the paper for them to fix her truck. The cost was 1400.00. Jenkins Nissan cheated her out of her stimulus money. If I recommend your dealership will you be fair to her?

They don’t go the extra mile
All the work requested was completed. However there were other issues I encountered after I picked up the car. Service at a dealership shop should be higher than than the guy on the corner. They’re supposed to be “experts”

Sorely disappointed. Zero communication.
This is a business that can and has done better. To have a care for 9 days and not make any attempt to contact and update the customer is totally unacceptable. I've been a customer for over 10 years and not sure where or when the decline in customer service happened. Lakeland Hyundai can't claim to be who they are and brag about the customer service they provide and treat people like that.

Follow through/follow up.
I have yet to receive my key and was told the reason was because the individual over the transaction is no longer with the company. So I am assuming everything that the individual oversaw fell through the cracks or is null and void. I have yet to get an update on the status of my key other than the individual who makes keys was not there...
