Corroded Battery Terminal--resolved
Jessica called me & listened to my concern about the situation. She understood how I was feeling about the service last performed on my vehicle. She told me they would replace the "factory" part for me if I wish to come back in. Although we have fixed the part ourselves we may still take her up on the offer. Just to have the "dealer" part.
I feel she understood my frustration with this matter and with the advisor's lack of availability for me, the customer.
She can not fix the problem if she is not aware there is one.

Corroded Battery Terminal
I wish they would have let me know about my battery, I know they saw the corrosion since they had to remove the terminal/cable to do the work. I feel they broke it putting it back together and just closed the hood for me to get surprised being stranded 3 days late with a dead battery because of loss of connection.

Always willing to be of help
Lakeland Hyundai is a great place to have you vehicle serviced. I never have to worry if they did it right. The service staff is always friendly and helpful. Rae is my favorite, (don't tell the others), she always helps me out. She took care of the part that was recalled and got me a replacement quickly. My vehicle always comes back to me cleaner than when I brought it in. Prices are reasonable as well, compared to other facilities that do the basics such as oil changes. I recommend them for your car care!!

Good dealership
Not from the area but Rae was amazing. Car got towed in and she took excellent care of me. I was super emotional and she was patient and kind. They got the engine replaced under warranty. They seem to do honest work and just want what’s best. If it was closer to home I’d never go anywhere else.

Easy access. Prompt check in. Nice waiting area. Clean and comfortable chairs and tables. TV. You can visit the showroom floor and see the new cars then relax with a cup of coffee and an exceptional donut!

Excellent service
I was greeted with a smile by the service manager who was helping check in vehicles the day I took my car in. My car was serviced in just a few hours, even though I had to have quite a few maintenance things completed. Lakeland Hyundai personnel went and got my newly clean car and drove it up to me when I picked it up. I’m impressed by the quality of service I have received at Lakeland Hyundai since 2012.

Starter Out of Stock In the State of Florida
While I cannot evaluate if components needed for late model vehicles are now in stock in Central Florida, I was happy to have the opportunity to drive a new 2021 Elantra as the loaner vehicle. Hopefully, in the future Advisors will be able to provide more accurate estimates for completing various repair tasks. I never did receive any response form "The Team" regarding service visit.

Anthony was very helpful after he realized the problems we were having. Thanks to him we are hoping Hyundai and Lakeland Hyundai are taking care of the concerns we have. I believe a successful resolution to this oil/motor issue will bring back the confidence I had in both the dealership and the car company! Regretful Service
Purchased 5 vehicles in 3 years, thinking we had found our go to car dealership….not so much! Latest purchase a disaster after making only 9 payments. Had oil change done at their service department and within 6 weeks, car motor blown…Yes, several reasons this could be, but no willingness to meet us halfway on repair or trade and THEN had a bill for diagnostic check before it could be released to tow truck. Had to laugh! Just be wary of any service done here and check oil level before you leave!!
