The service manager gave me two personal telephone calls. We discussed my issue and she answered my concern to my satisfaction.

My original issue with Lakeland Hyundai was addressed by a conservation with the service manager. I explained my reason for the less than excellent review. She listened and was very understanding to my reasoning. We discussed how Lakeland Hyundai and I could have a better relationship in the future. I appreciate the concern management has for the satisfaction of every customer.

Overall very good. Nice people to work with and quality work. Like everywhere right now they are sometimes short staffed and that can make the time for the service extend a bit. But always felt safe and secure while there.

I take my car for service and always stay until doe i am usually in and out , this time was a little longer they had a recall on my call was good they took care of and dont have to return until next service! my Husband bought his car at different hyundia dealer but since I take the cars for maintrmce I gonna arrange to take his there also
