I wish freedom would treat customers in the garage with more compassion in pricing there parts during a pandemc.ring a
Freedom used to be more fair and competing with pricing in the past not charging retired 1st. Responders, veteran, and senior citizen over twice for parts like rear burned out brake lights and windshield wipers for a state inspection.

We apologize you feel you did not have a completely satisfactory visit with us.
I took a look over your visit and found no inflated pricing or exhuberant charges of any kind.
We are very conscious of our pricing, especially during this time of turmoil.
My most experienced technician was the one who worked on your vehicle. He is especially detailed in his diagnosis and repairs. This may have something to do with the extended wait time you may have felt.
Please keep in mind ... every repair we do carries a 12 month/12,000 mile parts & labor guarantee.
If that same bulb happens to blow out again within that time frame, I can replace it under warranty for you at no charge.

Please give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations. I believe we can do that.

Airbag sensor recall
Service manager was extremely friendly but my airbag light is still on...will be calling on Monday to see how I can get that taken care of. Facility was clean and the staff seemed to be very personable.

It’s always my pleasure to take my Hyundia to get service, because a well job is always done and quickly, at Freedom the staff are always nice and I have much respect for them because there always helpful to me. It’s my second home, I love to see the new vehicles,Freedom is the way to go in buying a new or used vehicle,I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Freedom and the vehicles are great treated me well...
