Dealership is great. Hyundai is not...and takes money from dealers who do an outstanding job.
I have no way of complimenting the service department of this dealership for outstanding work and saying Hyundai does not honor commitments, is unfair to their dealerships lowering salaries because of corporates poor customer service, and is unresponsive to customers. That makes me love the dealership but never want to buy a Hyundai again!

Not The Same People
There have been a lot of changes to staff. The service representative I preferred to work with, Candy, is no longer there. There is a new service manager. Get any agreements in writing. As far as I can tell, the service quality still seems to be good.

Their name says it all! Paramount, is the exceptional experience we know we can depend on every time we work with them. We've purchased our last 2 vehicles here and we trust them to do all of our service, maintenance and checkups. They are reasonable and fair, we have had no issues with their service or any repairs they have ever done. Their appointment scheduling is always prompt and efficient. They get us in and out as quickly as possible, they are respectful of our time and when we work with them we expect and get nothing but the best, a Paramount experience!

impressive service
went in for normal service(oil change, tire rotation). Was served quickly. But what I was really impressed with was the fact that they did not try to push any unnecessary service to the vehicle. Lots of places try to make you feel that you need this or that done soon and want you to spend more money. I did not get that here. Refreshing
