Another Wonderful Experience
I took my Hyundai to Earnhardt Of North Scottsdale last week for a standard service. I was worried because of the COVID-19 virus they covered the seat and steering wheel in plastic, sprayed the handle before opening the door for me when that work was done in short they went the extra mile to make sure that the car was free from any contamination. I can't say enough good things about Norm and Michael and Earnhardt of N. Scottsdale they do a great job and charge a fair price. I recommend them highly!

Interesting that received sales call day after we were there maybe someone could of spoken to us while we were there instead of us having to make a separate trip

Fast service-done right
Had my Palisade in for its initial oil change and repair of a crack in the windshield resulting from a rock being thrown from another vehicle. The service department coordinated the timing of the oil change so that as soon as it was completed the glass technician went to work on the car. The entire process was less than 90 minutes. That included the complimentary car wash.

I’ve been having our Genesis serviced at Earnhardt Hyundai since we bought it. The Service Advisor we deal with is Norm Rosen and he is outstanding. Always gets the job done and when there is an issue with the car he is careful to explain it in detail and gives options.
