Excellent service
We called with engine trouble and received immediate attention, a scheduled service appointment, a call within a few hours to let us know they would completely take care of replacing our engine. We received a loaner car and in less than a week picked up our car with a brand new engine.

Saved My Butt
I broke down in the middle of the Arizona desert. I'm from California. The service team took care of everything. In fact, I am so impressed that, when we buy our next Hyundai, I will be driving from Los Aneles to Scottsdale to buy the vehicle from THIS VERY dealership!

While I was disappointed that dealer is no longer washing cars with service, I appreciate the caution taken by limiting the number of people getting into my car. Also, when car was ready, Norm walked me to the car, removed plastic protective wrap and sprayed and wiped areas normally touched. Servicing was great as usual but these extra steps during this risky time Are greatly appreciated.

Love the car. Responsive customer service.
After submitting a review about the Navigation maps being out of date on our 2020 Santa Fe, the Service Manager took time to investigate and communicate his findings and suggestions to me. He concluded that the provider of the maps system hasn’t updated their system with roads that I know were well established years ago. The Service Manager reported the issue to the maps provider and offered to help me with the newest download to the car which is normally a customer operation.

Love the car. Sales process easy.
My husband and I love the Santa Fe and going through the sales process was timely and pleasantly simplified. All the car’s features work beautifully, except Google Maps is several years out of date, so our phone Bluetooth will be necessary while traveling. After several requests for an updated Google Maps, the service department hasn’t yet addressed the issue.

Thank you for the feedback and we're glad you love your Santa Fe - such great cars!

We are sorry to discover the limitation on the maps provided and we do hope that your subdivision shows on future updates.  We have contacted the provider to let them know of this shortcoming and we hope to see it addressed soon.  In the meantime we're committed to making sure that you have the most up to date maps available for your car (free map updates for 3 years came with your purchase).

Many owners choose to use AppleCarPlay or Android Auto as their solution for navigation, but we agree that it would be nice if the resident navigation system in your Santa Fe already had your address included in the 7,744,909 miles of road it does have, but we'll stay optimistic it will show up in the near future.

Keep enjoying your car, and we'll keep working on the solution.

When my engine light went on I called Norm Rosen. He scheduled me for a service check without any delay. The matter was promptly resolved. What more could I have asked or hoped for. I can always rely on Norm (and Earnhardt) to be there for me.

Every time I bring my car to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for service I am reminded that as great as the product is the service is equally if not more important. In this regard the service and attention provided is consistently superlative. I would also be remiss not mentioning Norm Rosen who I trust implicitly on all matters related to caring from my Tucson. Earnhardt and Norm Rosen are the reason I only purchase a Hyundai.
