Easy Peasy
From sales to customer service Earnhardt’s is so easy to deal with. Everyone there wants the customers happy and they succeed. Maintenance is done quickly and they advise me about my tires, oil change etc.. I feel safe in my vehicle.

Norm was a great service advisor. Unfortunately Hyundai uses soy base insulated wires.
Earnhardt Hyundai is a great dealership for service. And if you buy a Hyundai, your going to need service. Their cars are wired with Soy based insulated wiring. The rats love this stuff. I had my Sante Fe car totaled because the rats ate the wiring harness. My new Sante fe they already got into some wiring. I have serveral older cars around the house the the rats do not touch the wiring. I will never buy another Hyundai or any car that uses a SOY base wiring insulation. Hyundai along with Toyota and Honda have all had class action law suits over this soy base issue and the car companies always win. Honda has went so far to make a tape to place over their wiring to prevent this issue. Pretty bad you buy a new car for 40K + and have to spend another $500.00 to tape up the wires. Buyer beware of new car wiring.

Bio-plastics have become more and more common in cars these days but the real villans here are the rats and we are sorry they keep getting into your cars.  There are a few rodent discouraging measures out there, we've had varying success with each of them but since this has been a repeated issues for you, review with Norm what the options are and we'll see if we can avoid these troubles in the future.

Norm Did a Great Job Providing Outstanding Customer Service
Norm gave my car a complimentary car wash when I asked for one. No COVID-19 excuses!! If the technicians can drive your car around to the service area, they can drive them through the car wash!!!!!!!!!!!

Hyundai needs to return to providing complimentary car washes after servicing your car.

Thank you Margie for the great review despite the recent challenges with our wash.

Not an excuse, but it really can take three or more people to properly get a car in, through, and out of the wash and return you a squeaky clean car:  A porter to bring in in and out of the wash bay, lot attendants to both drive it through, wash and vacuum it, plus they usually work in a team one on each side of the car.  Because we are trying hard to take care of your family and ours, we've limited the areas of your car we interact with and unless absolutely required for repairs we stay out of every place except the drivers seat.  We've never charged for our wash and we're happy Norm did it this time, but until we feel safe for you and us, we are limiting our interactions with your car.  In the meantime, we've been giving rainchecks and we really do look forward to getting back to washing cars during service.

Great job Norm coming up with a solution - he is aces!
