original story:

Had no idea I would wake up to a dead battery Tuesday morning. I was able to jump my Elantra, which is just under 2 yrs old and drive it to the dealership. I think it was just before 7:00 AM and Norm Rosen was there to greet me. Of course I didn't have an appointment, but he did some research, made a call and told me that he would take care of it. Long story short, I was at work by 8:30 AM with a new battery in my Elantra. Thank you Norm. You're the best.

Routine maintenance

I would have given 5 stars but I asked them to please look under the car because I knew there were some of those plastic screws missing or broken. Service guy told me they were taken care of. When I inspected it at home it was not taken care of.

Quick, fast, and easy.

I took my car over the weekend to get an oil change and the service department was very kind and they serviced my car in a less than an hour. I was very happy with the service I received.
