Great experience both sales and service
I had a great experience with the sales process. I have to admit that I came in late enough in the day that the delivery was a bit hurried so there were questions that I didn't get answered, but I was anxious to go so really not there fault. Most importantly I feel like not only was I treated fairly but with respect. I got no bait and switch, no games, and the listened to what I wanted and responded.

The service department has been available for the times I needed, provided me with shuttle service and a loaner when needed and have been very professional. Generally the bill comes in below the amount presented as an estimate which is a nice surprise.

As for my Santa Fe, I was sold on it before I ever walked in. Best commuting vehicle I've driven. I like the visibility the height gives me and the handling and comfort. The power is a nice change from my Ford Fusion 2.4L V6 as well.

Question whether we should have bought a Genesis and then another Hyundai.
We question whether we should have bought these cars now. We will not come back to this dealership and would not recommend. Have steered people to Weatherford when they ask about our cars.

Good afternoon Chris.  I apologize that you feel your issues were not resolved.  Although I was not part of the conversation on your daughter's vehicle, my understanding was the problem could not be duplicated.  A complimentary brake fluid exchange was provided to bleed the brake system as a possible solution.  Hyundai does not allow us to perform a repair when there is not a known mechanical issue.  If you feel your daughter's car is still having an issue, then I have not been made aware. 

This is also the first that I am hearing of the seat having grease on it.  That is totally unacceptable.  If you wish, I would be happy to make arrangements for a complimentary full detail.  You can contact me at your convenience.

Fast and friendly even on Friday 1 hr before closing
I bought my new Hyundai in early January. It is nearing June and even though I was short of the 1st maintenance service at 7k miles with only 4200 miles I didn't like going almost 6 months without giving everything a once over. I dropped in on a Friday after work at 5pm. They close at 6 but didn't begrudge my late and non-scheduled arrival and took good care of me. Great dealership, great service department.
