Overall view
The dealership is pretty much the same as the others, except the waiting room is out in the showroom. I like a more private area like in Weatherford, Texas.

My overall experience was very good.The lady that helped was very nice and helpful. I had a flat tire when I showed up and she immediately put me in a loaner and I was on my in less than hour.I do apologize for not remembering the young ladies name.

My overall experience was ok. My major problem was waiting two days for a new tire for my car and when I picked up my car it was pouring down rain And instead of parking my car where I dropped it off. They parked outside and obviously I got soaked. Thank you very much.

Good morning Robert.  I apologize that we did not bring your car to the service drive for you.  The service porter or the service advisor should have brought your vehicle to the service drive to keep you out of the rain.  

As for the tire, we do our best to stock as many tires as we can, however, if we do not have a tire in stock, we will not get them until the next day or later depending on where the tire is sourced from. 
For this reason, that is why we provide our clients with complimentary service loaners.

Very nice people
My car was there for a long time and we had a rental car for almost three weeks. Mary is the name of the lady who took care of our case and she was very nice. I can’t speak about the amenities and about the building because I was not inside at all. But I do notice there is a lot of nice people there.
