Mary at Hiley Hyundai was very polite and prompt with admitting the vehicle for service. They helped with getting blue link for our vehicle. They listed things that the vehicle needed to be serviced for. However the cost of these services were more than I can afford at this time. I will always take my vehicle to Hiley for service

I have no issue with dealership, but lack of quality in vehicle product and the overly high price for repairs is going to take more than just myself out of your market. I purchased this car due to the good warranty, that was a joke.

Good morning.  Hyundai continues to have the best warranty in the industry today.  Where most manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty is 3 years 36,000 miles, Hyundai's is 5 years and 60,000 miles.  Most manufacturers powertrain is 5 years 60,000 miles, where Hyundai's is 10 years 100,000 miles.  
Proper maintenance is a huge factor in extended the life of your vehicle.  

We make every effort to be competitive in todays market and provide excellent service, as you stated in your feedback.  Since I'm not sure who told you that your brakes were in critical condition, since Mary was your service advisor.  Your service advisor would be the person to discuss your multi-point inspection with you.  After looking at your multi-point inspection, your brakes were not "critical", however, the rear brakes were just above the minimum.  We are not going to recommend something that is considered a "caution" item.  That is simply advising the client where the current measurements are at this time.  You stated that you had the brake service done anyway and the cost was $189.  Our brake special is also $189.95 and we provide complimentary car wash and vacuum with each visit.  

I hope this helps provide a better understanding of our services and pricing.
