Saturday I woke up to a flat tire. AAA came and put on the spare. I dropped it off at the dealership that morning. They were very busy but assured me they could patch the tire and I said I could return later in the afternoon. When I returned the service agent was waiting for me, got the car in immediately and within 20 minutes I was on my way home. They went the extra mile.

I was fit in for an overdue oil change which I greatly appreciated. I had a feeling they might not be busy and was willing to wait anyways.
Completed in a timely manner and I was on my way. Sadly they told me I needed work done on my brakes and will be returning next week. Yay, but I know I will be in good hands!
