I was completely satisfied with all who helped me today - Wade Wahy, Demetrius, Thomas, others in the office. Especially helpful

Service on several items
I brought in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport for service. 2 recall items, oil and filter change and my downhill brake sensor was out. I was able to get a loaner car for my use. I appreciated that very much. Thumbs up on that. Anyway, the recall items were addressed quickly and the oils change went well. The downhill brake sensor turned out to be a blown fuse that my third party trailer hitch harness caused. As it turned out I was driving around for about 2 weeks without brake lights. A blown fuses was caused by the third party electric harness on a trailer hitch I had installed. Keith the service tech explained very well why the fuse was blown. The service people at St. Augustine Hyundai were very professional in handling this issue and I appreciate their efforts. I feel like I get my money worth from my pre purchased service agreement. Thank you.

Thank you for speaking with me the other day concerning your after-market trailer hitch problems. I am glad you brought this to my attention so that it can be addressed with our sales department. Once again, I am sorry that the after-market trailer hitch company did not stand behind their product and as we discussed, in service we only recommend using factory parts in your Hyundai. I will be reaching out to you personally to make sure that our service team provided you with the service experience we pride ourselves on.

AC issue
I'm glad my AC hose was fixed but I'm a little disappointed. I brought my car in twice about this problem and it wasn't fixed. I was told there was nothing wrong. My AC wasn't getting cold even on days when it was 90 degrees and up.on trips that were less than 30 miles. I'm glad is finally fixed but it shouldn't have taken a year of me saying something is wrong. People sitting in my backseat and passenger side are hot and uncomfortable.
They need to listen to the customer and follow up.
