Fast and complete service
During a routine oil change and tire rotation, they found a screw and nail in one of my tires - they fixed the tire for no charge!

The work is always done satisfactorily, with one glaring exception. The headlight control switch is always changed and not returned to my desired position of AUTO.

Great Service Shop
I have been bringing my cars to Hyundai of Everett for years for service and recently purchased a new Santa Fe Sport from them. The primary reason I bought at this dealership is because of their exemplary service. I recommend them to friends and family all the time if they are looking to buy or get their car serviced.

Prompt, friendly service
I stopped by for a "walk-in" oil change and was told it would be up to 1.5 hours, but I was out in 20 minutes. The car was checked and a few things that happened from a fender bender I had were noted and recommended, but not pushed, which I appreciated. Friendly, prompt service all around. Love the free car wash at the end.

very friendly and take the time to listen
everyone there is very friendly and helpful. they gave us a break down of things that need to be fix and the price which was nice and not as expensive as we thought they would be. We will be going back for sure to have any repairs done.

Very friendly staff and helpful service department.
I brought my car in for an issue with the panoramic sunroof pinching the seal down and pulling it away from the body whenever I closed the roof. They informed me that it's a common issue and they had to first order the part, and would call me the following week once it's ready. I haven't heard from them yet but it's only Monday. I am hoping to hear from them as promised.

Great Service
Hyundai of Everett is always clean and tidy. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Of course I would recommend Hyundai of Everett. I am now on my 3rd Hyundai Sante Fe, purchased from the Everett dealers. This is the first repair I've needed - a starter. It was immediately taken care of to my satisfaction. Thank you.
