Friendly, but professional service
I have purchased and had serviced 5 (five) Hyundai automobiles from Hyundai of Everett. In each case, I was treated with care and respect, and provided with open, reviewable information about sales and services that lacked pressure of any kind. I now know people in sales and service by name, and they recognize me as more than just a valued customer. I am welcomed with courtesy and kindness, provided with timely and prompt service, and everything that they have told me has proven to be true. I am relaxed there, and confident that I will get what I seek.

The un-connection of the service dept.
I was VERY dissatisfied with the last few times that I needed to take my car into the service area for repairs. I feel that they felt that my problem was a problem to them and that is not a way to make an impression upon anyone in my opinion.

I have purchased two new cars from Hyundai of Everett and the experience has been very good each time. That's not easy for me to say because I don't like car shopping. There is no pressure here. Their service people are excellent, friendly and professional. When work is done is completed on time or early.

Every interaction with Hyundai of Everett has been phenomenal. I traded in a Lexus for our new Hyundai. I always believed Lexus was the gold standard of customer service. Hyundai is right on par. Impressive!
