extremely poor customer service
After buying my car here it did not work right out of the dealership. After a few month of hearing that its Bluelinks issue and not us (dealership) it turns out it was a hardware issue. However 10 weeks later after replacing the media console it still doesn't work. Finding help or receiving any communications from the dealership, bluelink or Hyundai direct is elusive and near impossible. This speaks to a overall process problem that truly appears they care little about you after you paid for the car. I love their product but beware if you have any issues at all because you will need a miracle to get help. My car is 4 months old and still does not work as it was advertised. Hyundai direct has not once contacted me in this 4 months even though I logged several written requests for help.

In 2009 I bought my car at Hyundai of Everett. I have always taken my car there to be serviced even though it is quite a distance away from where I live. I do this because their service is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Rotating tires
My tires are brand new never been rotated.
I asked for them to be rotated.
mechanic decided not to rotate them because he put the best ones on the front.
I mark the tires with white paint to make sure they got rotated. This is happened before all my other vehicles.
