Honest and Upfront
I've been to Hyundai of Everett for roughly 100,000 miles worth of service over the years. I've never had anything to complain about. No shoddy work, no surprise fees, nothing that would make me want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone with a Hyundai or Kia.

Excellent service
Many folks don't take care of their vehicles and then wonder why there is a big charge to fix something. I do keep my vehicle in good condition and so have had very few surprises - on any of my vehicles over the years. I feel this place is honest in how they treat their customers. If something is wrong, you have the opportunity to say no to what they need to fix. They always explain just what is wrong and how much it will take to fix it right up front. With good care, I hope my Santa Fe will last a good long time.
