Attentive, expert service every time
I am consistently pleased with the courteous, thorough assistance that Jeff Winchell and other staff have offered our family, and I especially appreciate Jeff's caring, knowledgeable approach. He patiently answers all my questions and makes sure my husband and I are well informed. We buy all our vehicles here, and would never go elsewhere!

A Good outcome from a bad situation
They took care of everything and put us in a great loaner until our car was done. Breaking down and having to get your car fixed is not great but they did a perfect job of making the experience OK. Thanks

Service provided by Hyundai is great! The service team is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my car any other place to have work done on it. Jeff W really takes care of me and make sure I understand the service that has been provided.

Great service and a super great service. after 5+ years going to Zimbrick Hyundai I have never always been plea with their service in all department but especially Service, They make getting you car serviced there a really pleasant an relaxing pleasant event. The staff is the best of any dealer I have ever worked with. Super nice and very knowledgeable Staff. The Best!

Great Dealership on Multiple Fronts
New Vehicle Sales: I purchased my first brand new car here about 10 months ago. The salesman was nice and informative without being pushy, along with offering a better price than two other Hyundai dealerships I spoke with. To seal the deal, he even drove 2 hours round-trip to pick me up so I could purchase it.

Service (Repairs): I have been here twice for oil changes and once for warranty repairs. The oil changes took a little time, but the waiting area is large and comfortable enough for this to not be an issue if you're not too busy (especially after you factor in that they don't overcharge to the extent most dealerships do). As for my warranty repair visit, they gave me a loaner car (even though I'm only 20) for a day and some change, as they even called Hyundai because my issue was unique enough that they hadn't seen it before.

All in all, every experience I've had here has been great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that I know because they know how to treat people right while offering great cars and services at better rates than even other Hyundai dealerships.

Scheduled Service Appointment
I scheduled an appointment knowing I was going to have a substantial amount of work done. I was due for 120,00 mile service, needed a timing belt gasket, wanted better tires, and needed a diagnosis on a clanking noise. Completion took a couple of days and all seems to have gone well. I took advantage of a decent tire sale, used a service coupon, and had a successful diagnosis and repair of the clanking noise which turned out to be ball joints. I was also loaned a 2020 Sante Fe since my car was going to be tied up and I really appreciated that. My service writer Jeff kept me informed of what time needed and repair status so that I wasn't left guessing. While this was an expensive visit, all went well and I'm very satisfied with the work that was performed.

Great!!!!!
I really lie the fact that I was able to get a loaner which made it easier for me to go about my business.
O traveling to the places I have needed to go to.
The price was higher then I expected and not within my current budget so I was caught by surprise and
had to make an awkward arrangement !! Witch is not healthy financially for me at least until
the 3rd Wednesday of this month i.e.Dec 18thy.
