Good cars, nice people and nice facilities
Every thing was done on time for the items I came in for, then I was informed that there was a recall that needed replacement. When I picked up the car that item was not done because they didn't have the part on hand and I will have to make another trip and waste time that I just don't have at this time.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback.  I apologize that we were unable to have the parts available to perform the service campaign on your vehicle. Once the parts have arrived we will contact you and schedule an appointment and set up with a free loaner vehicle so you don't have to sit here while we perform the campaign.
