Oil change plus tire rotation
Not very satisfied for this service appointment. I was charged for both an oil change and tire rotation but the rotation was not performed. I didn't notice until I retuned home. I returned to the dealership where I got a response that the techinan didn't know why he didn't do it.

Scheduling and parts inventory applications need improvements
I came in to have recall work done on my car. I needed to make a second trip because all the parts that were needed weren't in stock. Once the part(s) were available they completed the work to my satisfaction.

Thanks for the review.  I apologize you had to make a second trip in for the service to be completed.  Unfortunately some of the campaigns that come out Hyundai does not allow us to preorder parts.  We wish we could have everything here to repair the vehicle every time because it would make things easier for the customer and for us.  I am glad to hear we were able to take care of everything for you on the second trip in.

Great service department!!!
This was my first oil change and everything went just as I was told. The waiting room was clean and offered of cookies or popcorn was a nice surprise. I was told it would take 45 minutes and they came in under that time frame. Look forward to next oil change.

Possible Case of trumping up business
Hyundai Accent (2012)

As far as I know, all the services provided were done according to book. However, the "book" provided by Hyundai didn't recommend many of the serivices at only 18K miles.

I was somewhat unhappy that they wanted to do lots of expensive service that the owner's manual doesn't suggest at 15K miles. So, I'm more than a little skeptical and am apt to believe that they just look for ways to increase their business bottom line, whether some of the maintenance provided was needed or not. I have to question why Hyundai doesn't specifically recommend all of these services at 15K miles "if" they are really needed.

You can't blame me for being skeptical and dealership repair shops have a bad reputation in this regard. I have not had a similar experience (for the most part) with our Toyota. They follow the maintenance protocol outlined in the owner's books and I've not regretted it in the 10 year's we've owned that vehicle.

Lastly, I wAS offered 10% off of a minimum $100 service if it's completed within a month of this most recent service. Really, how likely is it that I will need that service and be able to make use of the discount so soon after this visit? If I do, it REALLY doesn't speak well for the quality of Hyundai products or the work of this shop.

Sorry if this review seems overly negative but I think people should know. Everyone at the shop treated me nice but I'm not so sure about fair or honestly.

Waiting for Actual Repairs
I went in to get my right side mirror fixed. They charged me for the part and told me they would not be able to tell me when they could install it, so I could not make a future appointment. Maybe in the future I will get an appointment and this will actually be fixed but at the moment I was charged for the part and nothing is fixed.

Melanie,  I apologize for the miscommunication.  We do require pre payment for any part that has to be painted.  Once the part returns from being painted we will schedule an appointment to get it installed.
