New Tires on a Busy Day
Service and the time taken to get the work done was great as expected. The service writers were very busy. I had to call Hyundai to check if my car was done. I couldn't get through to talk to a person. I showed up an hour and a half after the expected time my tires and alignment was suppose to be done. I saw my car completed in the parking lot but no one called me to say it was ready for pick up. The service desk person had to pull the work order out of the completed work bin and ring the sale up. Just a tad slow on communication, however, the work was done on time and was of high quality as usual.

Oil change
The only comment I have is that they checked the air filter and it had just been changed a week before. The sheet with the different color boxes said that it needed to be changed. they put it in the yellow even though it was brand new. They also did not snap the cover back in place for the air filter.

Great service department
Very thorough, went over recommended maintenance per schedule (mileage & elapsed time), reasons for other items, and estimated costs were pretty much what final bill came in at.

Consistent, timely service
Although I needed a few additional things that came up during the servicing of my car, I got my car in a reasonable amount of time. This historically has been the case. I get a thorough explanation each time something needs to be taken care of. The customer waiting room is comfortable & has free wi-fi.

Service delivered as promised
My Veloster was raring to fly again after getting its 90,000mi maintenance service. The team at Zimbrick's new location took note of all the concerns I expressed when checking in, and reviewed everything when finished. On the drive out of the service area, I could immediately sense the zip had returned. Can a car convey being happy? Definitely.

Amazing Service!
Lost the keys to my push button start on a holiday weekend and I had to have my car towed in. They ordered new keys to arrive on Monday and were able to get my car in right away to be reprogrammed. I appreciate how helpful everyone was and will definitely be back!

What cleaner did you use inside my car?
Whatever cleaner was used to clean the leather surfaces had some nasty pollutants in it that left the inside of my windshield foggy. I could barely see to drive when the sun was shining in the windshield. I had to clean it at home with Windex.

Quality of the work is fine. Communication non-existent
Hyundai was great about agreeing to do warranty work.. Zimbrick did fine work. Getting status information about my car was like pulling teeth. Service writer returned calls 36 hours later and never initiated a status update.
