Great service as always
Jeff and the rest of the service department diagnosed several car issues. Called me back promptly had we discussed options, and then fixed the car. Had a beautiful loaner for a few days

Service Indicator not reset
I came in for my second service. Everything was great. However, after the service the service indicator on my car was not reset. So it stills give me the annoying message to service on each start.

Oil Change
We have always been very pleased with service we've received. We brought our car in for a oil change and when they washed the car after (which normally is a nice feature) the car was returned to us with the drivers seat in a reclining position and the air conditioner turned down 10 degrees from my setting. I've never had this problem in the past and will continue to come to Zimbrick, but feel that whomever is responsible for being inside the car should leave the personal settings as is.

First, what makes this Service Center so great is in fact the people who consistently help me!
I found Jeff Winchell helpful and courteous. He makes the explanation of service simple to understand for us non-technical people. He is very thoroughly and carefully explains the estimate of charges that we may incur. He is helpful in arranging loaner vehicles when service is going to take a day or more and he is careful to stay in touch with me/us as repairs progress. This is helpful, as our present vehicle is elderly and requires varying amounts of service per visit. He is also sympathetic when repairs are extensive. I appreciate the thorough service I receive at Zimbrick Hyundai West from all the personnel who offer service.

Excellent service and speed of repair
We were getting ready to leave on vacation when our service engine light came on the day before. Although Hyundai was totally booked up, they found a way to work us in and solve the problem so we were able to leave safely the next morning. We are very grateful to the service department for somehow making room to get us up and running on short notice. We will always be using these guys in the future.
