Once again, Woodhouse exceeds my expectations
Woodhouse continues to "shine" in the arena of service...since the purchase of the Santa Fe, Woodhouse Hyundai has been the one and only "go to" establishment for service and inquiries regarding the upkeep and safety of the vehicle. Each and every time, Josh Ridpath has offered guidelines, suggestions, and "snippets" in the care and maintenance . This past service experience only proved the previous point. Because of the concern of the ongoing virus, Woodhouse offered to "valet" my vehicle from work to service the Santa Fe and bring it back. Again, beyond my expectations the vehicle was service, vacuumed, and returned to me, ready for the next travel experience. \

Words seem inadequate in expressing ones appreciation and confidence in a business because of previous bad experiences. Yet, in the 4 years of dealing with Woodhouse Hyundai, not one bad experience only superb service done in a timely manner. Woodhouse is committed to excellence....not only in product, but also in staff! THANK YOU WOODHOUSE HYUNDAI for another great job in taking care of my Santa Fe.

Thorough, timely and fair.
I was 20 minutes early for my appointment but they took me in immediately. They repaired three recall items and did a thorough inspection of the rest of the car. They gave me a fair and honest report with their recommendations of services that I should attend to. They did all this in far less time than I expected. I was impressed.

Honest, friendly staff
Staff is friendly and service always done in the time promised. I had an expired coupon which I was allowed to use. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. This last visit the waiting area was set up for social distancing which I really appreciated.

need replacing?
I was told the brake fluid needed to be replaced at 30000 miles, but it needed to be inspected at 30k, replaced if necessary.
If you say it needs to be replaced in the future, I'll ask more questions.
I was very happy with the valet service.
