Out of sight out of mind
This is the second time I've come here to get some maintenance done and the part was not there and I was not informed that the part had arrived for my car. It's been a week and I still haven't been contacted from anyone. I had to call and ask if the part I needed so they could complete their job and fix what was wrong with my car in the first place. Maybe this location is just too busy to provide adequate customer care unless you are actually in the building. But this is very annoying. I won't be returning for any routine maintenance.

Made the appointment and they took my car in right away. I knew it was in good hands when they don't leave it there for hours and tell you we don't have the part. I have never had that happen at Hyundai..
