Pohanka Came Through with Urgent Need for Tires
I have owned 4 Hyundais over the past 16 years (currently have a 2005 Sonata and 2017 Santa Fe) and had exclusively taken the first two (2003 Sonata and 2005 Santa Fe) to Pohanka over a 10 year period for service. Since I purchased the 2017 from another Hyundai dealer I had not been to Pohanka in a couple years. This past week I hit a piece of metal exiting the beltway in my 2017 Santa Fe that sliced clear through the tread wall, requiring that I replace not just the one but all four tires. I called and email several places and no one had the Kumho tires for my vehicle. The dealer where I purchased the 2017 Santa Fe (will remain unnamed) has still yet to call be back with a quote I requested 3 days ago. So I called and talked to Will Bishop at Pohanka. Will had always taken care of my first two Hyundais for several years previously. Although they didn't have the tires in stock Will was able to get the tires ordered and delivered to the dealership by 4:00 PM the same day and I was at the dealership around 5 :00 PM and out the door by 7:00 PM with 4 new tires and a much needed wheel alignment. I must say the Service Team at Pohanka Hyundai are the best at what they do and have nothing but the best interest of the customers and their vehicles in mind. I am now switching my service on the 2017 Santa Fe to Pohanka.
