Great Experience!

My lease just ended for my Genesis Coupe, and I ended up buying it outright because of the amazing customer service that I receive every time I go to Hyundai. Why mess with a good thing!

Great servive at Earnhardt Hyundia North Scottsdale

Took my new Genesis to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for its first service last week. Great job--no hassles. Very nice waiting area. Job was started on time and car delivered at the time promised. Highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale!!

Superior Service as Always

Excellent service and atmosphere. Employees always laughing and smiling. They seem to take pride in what they do and enjoy it. Great location too. Quick walk to lots of stores and restaurants and shuttle service available to those not wanting to walk.

Great job as always

The battery in my Genesis died - after four years (a record for me in Phoenix) so I turned up without an appointment - they got me in immediately, and (on my request) moved up another service I'd had scheduled so I could get it all done the same day. Work was done well, everything as requested, on time, price as stated, always a pleasure dealing with these guys!

Amazing Customer Service

The service tech took time to ride in my car to evaluate a noise that my car was making. For them to take the time to do that was amazing customer service. Always a great experience working with Hyundai!

Earnhardt Service is Top Notch!

I've spent 15 years in the car business as a sales manager, so I know of which I speak when I give a recommendation.
I've taken my Genesis into Earnhardt twice for service since I bought it a year ago. Thee service team is one of the best I've encountered. Very professional, thorough, and accommodating. My car was returned to me freshly washed & vacuumed each time. I would recommend Earnhardt to friends and family members.
