The service staff and facility is outstanding the moment I drove in. Service advisory came to car door ready to greet me. The place was not busy when I came in for service. I am not sure if I will receive the same service if they are busy. As of now, I will give 4 stars.

A very pleasant surprise!
Having purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime, my husband and I were not happy when our mechanic informed us that it was again time to be looking for a new car. The haggling and pressure tactics can make car buying most unpleasant. Hyundai of Everett completely changed our car buying experience to one that was low stress and yes, actually pleasant. Even though they are a bit out of the way, we liked and trusted them so much we decided to drive the extra mile to have our car serviced there, too. Another good decision! Fabulous service and a car wash coupon that I immediately used and our car is sparkling now, too! Great folks there who will treat you respectfully (no bait and switch- they'll tell you the truth from the beginning and work hard to satisfy you); you won't be disappointed!
