Fast friendly service
I’ve purchased 3 new Hyundai cars from Hyundai of Everett over the years and I’ve had them do all the service work. They are always quick to greet you and get the work done on time. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and stocked with free snacks and drinks. I highly recommend them for sales and service.

Loved the restaurant the cashier recommended. Dave Barney sandwiches were great. I just couldn't resist telling you. I was in a bit of a shock at the total price of the 60,000 mile checkup due to the labor price. Otherwise the service was good.

Bad service
Brought the car in for oil change. I was told over the phone that it takes about 45 min or more. I was in and out in less than 30 min. The floor matts were not vaccumed at all even though vacuuming service is advertised everywhere in the service section of the dealership to highlight something this place offeres that no one else does.
