The staff was very friendly but the issue with my car started back up less than 12 hours after leaving the dealership. Now I have to wait another 5 days for the next available appointment.

Ty Ostreicher was not at fault for this situation...he was on vacation! If he had been here...this would have never happened! He is a diligent service person dots the I's and crosses the T's. In the future I will always request him as my service advisor...He is a gift to Holler Hyundai! So treat him well!
