The service department has been amazing to work with. Every rep we encountered greeted us with respect and a great smile. The staff are very knowledgeable of the services and products they offer and I trust the staff at Holler Hyundai with my car.
However, the product line have taken a few steps back and we fear that great service alone is not going to be enough to keep us coming back. We understand that the American market is shifting to crossovers, but there's still the demand for the mid-size sedan market - my husband being one of them. When he discovered that the Azera is not being offered in the US, and the panoramic sunroof is not an option on the Sonata, G70, G80 or G90 - he's looking elsewhere.

My visits to Holler Hyundai, over the last year and a half have been consisitently reliable, they get the job done and I am out of there in a timely fashion. Staff is always courteous, helpful and not pushy about getting other services.

I recently started servicing my Tucson at Holler Hyundai because of the terrible experience I have been receiving from another dealership. My service advisor Ty Ostreicher has consistently provided me with exceptional service. Great job!!

They were unable to fix my car in time for me to get to work as originally planned so they got a rental for me and I was able to do what I needed to do :) Thanks, Ty.
