The staff were hospitable, informative, and patient. I was not ignored, rushed or pressured into making a purchase.

Work should be performed as agreed and adviser's should not blame the customer when they screw up.
The Holler dealership is normally good to outstanding but my last appointment was extremely disappointing. My car was not washed. The advisers did everything to blame me for not asking for a car wash then determined they screwed up. I do not appreciate being presumed a liar. Battery & alignment were completed based on the "free" inspection. Alignment not in specs after the service and cargo net was not replaced in trunk after replacing the battery. When you pay dealership prices, you expect better. Time to look for a new mechanic.

Ty Ostreicher is efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Wait time is excellent and always an enjoyable experience. Have been a customer for over 5 years and my dealings with Holler and it’s personnel have always been excellent!

Ty was very informative, helpful and professional. He made the chore of car repair into a pleasant experience. Additionally, the shuttle was helpful in getting me to my office from the dealership.

I've been coming to Holler Hyundai for the past 5-6 years now and have consistently been satisfied with the service they provide. Ty usually helps me when I bring my car in and he has always gone the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of properly and in a timely manner. I am always more than satisfied with the service provided.

Ty does an excellent job as a customer service rep. Keeps you informed as to the status of your vehicle through the service appointment and explains everything in an understandable manner.

They fixed my recalls and changed my steering column. But now my alignment needs to be fixed and now I have to pay for that ?. Doesn’t make sense to me when I never had that issue until after they changed my steering column.
