Super Helpful Staff

Had to take my car in for a freakish sort of repair (broken coupler in the steering column). They did assure me that it would not cause me to crash in the middle of driving somewhere and got it in and fixed in record time in spite of having a full schedule. :-)

Service that Cares !

I bought my car new at Holler Hyundai 3 years ago and always get my maintenance done by the service department. Ty is my service advisor and is AMAZING ! I have been using him since the beginning. He is always friendly and always looking out for what is best for myself and the car. Having a service advisor that knows you and the car is really important to me and Ty fits this perfectly ! I will keep going to Holler Hyundai and seeing Ty for all my service needs because of it !

Lamon, the sales rep was amazing and I had a blast buying a car. The other deal ships I went to were rigid and stiff and lamon is loose and made buying a car enjoyable. When I went for my 6 months service mr. Ty was extremely helpful fast and friendly. I hated going to dealerships to deal with people trying to over sell me and Mr. Ty did what I asked 100%.

Have dealt with Ty several times and he is great, professional, courteous, helpful, friendly. I was able to make an appointment in two days without a problem. Car was taken on time and finished in an acceptable time frame. Everyone at Holler is friendly and courteous and helpful.

cost of possible repairs was too high. I shopped around and got new parts with a lifetime warranty for less than half the price Hyundai wanted to charge me.

Cost of possible repairs are too high. It would help to offer more drinks and healthy snacks and more comfortable chairs in the customer lounge.
