Ty has always been there for me. He makes me feel like family. If I have an issue with my car, I always know I can depend on him for support and guidance. He would be the reason why I would stay with ya'll for my next lease coming up, because he treats me like a royal. Ty at Holler Hyundai did an outstanding job on my 2018 Elantra GT
Ty fixed a specific door handle issue on my 2018 Elantra GT and made sure even the white paint color of the door handle was correct.

During this work order, Ty kept in constant contact with me over a one month period via text and phone to address the painting of the door handle and the repainting of a specific part of the handle.

These details are not easy for any service center, but Ty handled my door handle challenge with importance and a detailed focus.

Thank you Ty for being an outstanding service professional!

This is my 3rd Hyundai from Holler. My service tech is Ty. He is outstanding at customer service! He seems to really care about the customer and takes the time to explain everything. He is very friendly and I always feel like he has my best interest. Thank you Ty and Holler!!

The team at Holler are really nice people. It's easy to make an appointment and explain everything and double check you don't have any other issues or questions since you made appointment. I don't usually take my car to dealership for anything but recalls but they make you feel very much at ease.

Pleasure to go for maintenance here
Yesterday I had an appointment for service for my Hyundai Accent. Whether I am seeing Ty Ostreicher or Gregg Jones it is always a pleasure doing buisiness with either of them. They make a great team and are both so pleasant and helpful whenever I have the occasion to go there. I'm sure the rest of the staff are good but I am always happiest when I see either Ty or Gregg...they make me feel so welcome and both make sure I get the great service I have come to expect there. Yesterday was no exception - Thank You Greg and Ty !!!
