My appt took 90 min, in the past when I could come in for express service it was usually closer to 1 hour total.

Car kept over-nite
Car was kept over-nite but I wasn't told parts would be ordered for my brakes. I was quoted a price of $780.00 to fix the problem and I said ok. When I picked the car up the next day the bill ended up being $495.81 and when asked about the difference in price the service associate just shrugged his shoulders. Then upon returning to my car I discovered the driver floor mat had grease from the shop on it. The service department attempted to clean it but was unsuccessful. The Hyundai Manager offered a discount on my next service and offered to take the car in again to clean the mat. I didn't want to take my car in again and said " no thanks".

To make a long story short everything turned out ok and I would take my car in again.

Great service staff!
I have always rated the service I get from St Charles Hyundai 5 stars. All maintenance on both my Hyundai's have only been performed at the St Charles dealership. The two main guys that stand out are Brad Dean and Tyler Rodriguez. I am sure the rest of the staff are great also, but most of my interactions have been with Tyler and Brad. Both are very professional and will go out of there way to help.

Honest, Courteous Dealership
The staff is courteous. The staff is honest. They do good work. They charge a little too much, so I only go every other service visit. I don't want to pay the price every time. If another place tells me I need work done I check with St. Charles Hyundai before I get the work done.

Great Team!!!
Great team effort on Sat 4/10. There was less staff there for services, but the team did a great job of filling in for the gaps that wasn't there. I commend the 2 Check In & Out staff members (not sure his/her name) & Brad the mechanic who primarily takes care of all my work done on my vehicle. I hope management knows how awesome of a team you have working for you.

SERVICE ON CAR
THE ALTERNATOR ON OUR HYUNDAI WENT OUT AFTER 9 YEARS AND 48,000 MILES. WE CALLED AND IMMEDIATELY GOT AN APPOINTMENT O FIX IT THE NEXT DAY. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND THE REPAIR COST WAS REASONABLE.
