had an appointment for recall inspections, the staff as always were very polite and professional. had the inspection done way earlier than expected.

I've never had such good service on my car!
I brought in my 2010 Ford Fusion that I did not buy from this dealership for Ford recall repairs. I was impressed at how fast, polite, and organized they were. When I explained other issues such a my power steering failing and car suddenly dying, Christian listened and took notes. Christian had my paperwork and went over everything in just a couple minutes, and then got me a ride to work. Everything was finished on time, and they offered me extended warranty on a part that was causing a power loss issue. He had the extended warranty part in the next day and a service appointment set up for me. I was ready to be done with Ford, but after this experience I would definitely do business with Mike White Ford. The best dealership I've ever been to!

Great customer service...Christian in the Service department was an ace! Every question that I had for him was followed up with a thorough answer. I would most definitely recommend Mike White Ford to any one questioning where they should take their vehicle to have it serviced, and definitely recommend this dealership for those contemplating where to purchase their next car or truck.
Mike White Ford defines class!!

They fixed it!
I just had extensive/expensive work done on my ford. Unfortunately, one part was not put on correctly and I was almost stranded. Thankfully, I made it back to the garage before the car completely quit. Mike White Ford took full responsibility for the mishap, fixed it and provided a rental car. Mistakes do happen and they made this as stress free as possible for me.

Great service department - just a long wait
Great service but just took 3 days to get my truck fixed. Reoccurring issue that doesn’t have my confidence that the problem is truly fixed for good. I think the dealership is doing its best but FMC needs to address a long term solution for oil pan leaks in their F150s.

There was a computer problem downloading for a new key. I had to come back a second time after waiting two hours the first time. But Cristian was great to deal with and he treated me right. Thank you Mike White Ford.

The service people at Mike White Ford have always treated me like my service needs or repair problems were important. Whom ever I have worked with has always taken ownership of the issue and bent over backwards to help me.
