Service department
Parts were reasonable, labor costs were ridiculous, took awhile to get repairs completed, had damage on back fender that wasn’t there when took it in, and no rental compensation for a car when they kept it for over 9 days.
Customer service was the only good thing that came out of this experience.

Scheduled service appointment
I called for a service appointment and was given the earliest which was two weeks out. When I arrived for my appointment at 8am, I was told that it wouldn’t be looked at until sometime in the afternoon. I was given a shuttle ride home. I was called 6 hours later and told it was ready. I got a shuttle ride to the lot. I was told it just needed a software update. I was then given my paperwork. When I got home, I realized they gave me paperwork for someone else’s vehicle. The shuttle driver also told me how he was short handed and all the issues he was currently having.

Excellent Service
Everyone was very helpful and they accommodated my need to be able to drive and get my defroster repaired as soon as possible. I wasn't able to see! I was able to leave my car so they could work on it as they were able.

Professional, friendly and great service
I took my 2016 F-150 in for some odd electrical issues I was having suddenly. I went in, my service advisor talked with me for about 1/2 an hour trying to make sure exactly what the truck was going through. He then gave me a rundown of what the technician was going to do and what time I should expect to get my truck back. He called at the appointed time, told me several connections had come loose over the course of 9 years, and were causing the computer issues.
Very happy with the service that I received and will definitely go back for any future issues.

Really Great Service
This was one of our best experiences with the service department. Chris took real good care to make sure everything was working well and that the parts were in excellent condition before placing them on our vehicle which I totally understand how shippers work.
Thanks so much the air conditioning works now and Kel’s seat is warm/cool again.

Delivered vehicle to my home!
I was surprised and grateful to learn that Mike White Ford would deliver our vehicle after the service was done. This saved us time and relaxed our calendar. I have never heard of this service and never experienced it before with any other dealer. Thanks Mike White Ford!

Not happy at all
Took my vehicle in for oil change and paid for them to look at my rear slider window. I also had valet services to pick up and bring back. They were an hour late picking my truck up and they sent a message it would be back by 4. I had to call them at 5 to see were it was and they said they called me 3 times and left messages but no call or messages. When I got the truck back there were parts on the floor and the switch they had no parts for was on the console. Then when I started the truck the change oil light was still on. I had to call to tell me how to reset it. Took 3 people to do it. Terrible customer service
