Service advisor did a good job, would do biz with him again
Came in for a potential fuel issue but of course couldn't replicate it due to recently changing the fuel filters. Service advisor ran a battery check as I had mentioned an Intermittent voltage issue.
He advised me that the passenger side battery was shot and another minor issue I had. Left the dealership and fixed the issue on my own.

Lied to
I use to like Mike White Ford until I bought my new truck. The sales guy was laying it on thick and in the end lied to me. He changed the paperwork so I thought I was getting the low interest with Ford and the $2500 off. They are dishonest.

Cole was great in service.
The service department was great but I am pretty disappointed how quickly my Ford F-150 turned into a worthless pumpkin.

Very happy with the service! Truck had to be towed in. They a rental car waiting and running all warmed up. Had the truck fixed a day early. Very smooth deal.

Timely and informative service
From start to finish the server, writer was very communicative and helpful. Quoted me a price, "worst case scenario" turned out to be less than what he quoted me. Service was done quickly, effectively and very competently. All my questions were answered directly and informatively, no runaround or excuses. Definitely would recommend Mike White Ford for your service.
