Friendly Staff and Clean Waiting Area
The service staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the services recommended/required. Sean T., consistently provided me with updates on the issues found, suggested fixes and timeframe of the fixes I agreed to. I would highly recommend this location if you need repairs. The waiting area is spacious, clean and offers WiFi connections.

My experience at Pohanka Hyundai was execellent!

They stand by their word, 100% customer satsification. Brought my 2015 Equus for a Maryland Inspection, failed initial inspection which triggered a few unexpected issues.

The Service Manager, Mr. Ralph Dykes, assured me that everthing would be taken care at no additional cost to me. He and his staff (to name a few: Asia, Brittney, Sean, Carolyn, Charles) took really good care of me. Very professional group of people.

When they had to keep the vehicle to service it, they put me into a car of the same or higher quality with no hassles. Texts were provided, giving me timely status updates. You folks are amazing!

I'm now a regular customer. Great customer service is difficult to find.

Pohanka Hyundai exemplifies excellent service of customer satisfication with no excuses.
