I always get great, friendly, efficient service with no hassle, and no appointment.
Sean Tolton always provides great service. I found I had a convenient opportunity to take my car in for its 60,000 mile service with about 1100 miles to go, so I headed out there and called on the way to see if it was convenient. Sean, my usual service manager was unavailable, but the person answering the phone assured me me I could be served. Sean was apparently alerted and he had someone in the drive looking for me when I pulled in. They took my car in immediately and returned it to me within less than two hours, washed and ready for my holiday road trip next weekend. Mr. Tolton consistently provides the greatest auto maintenance service I've had in over fifty years of car ownership, always with a smile, and applies any discounts to which I may be entitled. Hyundai makes a great car and Sean Tolton and Pohanka provide great service.

Service Team Great, however Hyundai is crap!
I like the service team, but have no confidence in the brand, so i would not buy another Hyundai vehicle or can I recommend it. I had one of the most frightening experiences with this truck. However, Sean and the entire team has been very respectful and has done a great job.

Best Experience
I always go to the Pohanka Hyundai in Ritchie Station Court for my vehicle service and maintenance. This particular time was the best experience Ive ever had. Will was able to answer all my questions and even came to breakdown costs and reasoning for the issues related to my car. He didn't allow any servicing to happen before explaining the cost and why it was needed and then getting approval from me. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE.

Fantastic Visit
I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata in November 2017. I put a lot of miles on it and now have over 62,000 miles. Pohanka is the only place that has ever been under the hood. As a matter of fact, they've performed every single recommended scheduled maintenance, on time. I've been here at least 8 times and maybe as many as 10 times over the last 18 months. With that said, after a 3 or 4 perfect visits to start, I had customer service problems over the next 2 or 3 visits. The last couple of visits remind me of when I first visit and I could not be happier.

Sean, listened to what I said and wanted, offered some options without trying to sell things I didn't need and just overall did a fantastic job. I could not be happier ask for more based on this last visit - March 2019. I think it's also important to add that with all the scheduled maintenance, I have never had, NOT EVEN ONE, problem, indicator light, nothing, go wrong with my Hyundai Sonata.

I sincerely believe that if management "gets out of their own way" and allow Sean and the other reps to do their jobs without putting pressure on them to up-sell what is not needed, Pohanka Hyundai is the best and will remain the best service department anywhere.

I love my Sonata.

Great staff! However, policy needs work.
The staff was very professional. However, the process could use some adjusting. This would be out of the staff's control, they're just following policy. Because I had an extensive repair to be done, I had to make my own arrangements. Even though my repairs were covered under warranty, my rental/loaner vehicle could not be approved until Hyundai accepted my claim. This took several days, due to the type of repair that I needed. This is a problem for Hyundai, as a company, not the individual dealer or staff member that assisted me.

Great Experience
I enjoy visiting the Ritchie Station Hyundai as they are always friendly and recommend services that would be good for your car. They explain any issues they find and send you text messages throughout your service. Like any other car place you may wait hours for services but they offer vending machines, hot drinks, tv, and free wifi.
