Continued Outstanding Customer Service
I am continually impressed with the outstanding customer service and care of my car whenever I have it serviced. I like the fact that I don't have to make an appointment. Also, my car is serviced in minimal time. In other words, you are not sitting around for long periods of time before the service of your car is completed.

A Five Star Institution
I found Mr Hershel, (a Service Manager), very knowledgeable in mechanical problem solving... Also this institution had a professional licensed Hyundai qualified mechanic, that work specifically on Hyundai cars... The waiting area was Clean and comfortable with free coffee, cappacino, ice cream, WiFi and cable TV for comfort.

Customer service/support is great I never had an issue with anyone in service dept. always look out for their customers. Waiting area is a little chilly during the winter months...Brrrrr, but can warm up with coffee, tea or hot chocolate

First time at Pohanka
I did not purchase my car at Pohanka Hyundai, but had to take my car there for service because my dealer did not have any appointments until the first of February! Boy was I glad I did. My service agent was Sean. He was wonderful. We first spoke on the phone and then once I arrived, he made sure everything worked out for me. I left within a 2 hour window as happy as a lark. The recall had been taken care of, my car was washed and the floor was vacuumed. I will definitely return to this Pohanka Hyundai.

Upon my arrival I was very upset, because I had to drive a number of miles on the beltway with no brake lights. Mr. Ralph Dykes greeted me with care and concern; to assure me that things would work out okay, and for me to breath. It took a couple of weeks, but they were able to find the problem.
