Had problems with window modules again as I let down one window the other goes down
I was hoping to find out why when I push the button for one window to come down another come down part of the way . Module was replaced but this continue to happen from time to time

Always friendly, courteous service on the front end and excellent service results in the actual work areas. Never been disappointed in the 6-1/2 years they have been servicing my 2010 Sonata.

Excellent service department
Could not have been happier with the service we received. My son, who is a college student there, had an issue with his car as a result of service performed in Raleigh. Chris took my son's call in the evening and advised him to drop it off. They cleaned up the engine, accurately diagnosed the problem and repaired it keeping me informed and updated the entire time. They sent a shuttle to pick my son up when the car was ready and emailed the paperwork to bring to the Raleigh service department. Will get all of our service done there in the future!
