EXPECTED OIL CHANGE AND MAYBE BRAKES (BIG JOB). WERE HONESAT AND STATED NOT YET PLENTY OF BRAKE LINING LEFT. ASKED FOR SOEM ADDITIONAL SERVICE AND WAS DONE AND WELL. SERVICE ADVISER WENT OVER MFG. RECOMMENDATIONS WITH NO PRESSURE TO PERFORM. OVERALL GREAT AS USUAL!

The customer service was good - a vehicle was loaned to me during the time my car was unavailable.
Although this repair did not go as desired, I have had other good experiences and would still return for future repairs.

   I have reviewed your comments that were left to my staff. We understand exactly where you are coming from, and sometimes we have cars that beat us up, and are extremely hard to find issues with and or pinpoint where the problem is coming from. Is there anything I can do to correct this, and move forward to keeping you as a customer. At the end of the day that is the most important thing to myself, and even the tech that worked on your car to try his hardest to repair it.
