Comfort in the Waiting Room
The temperature was quite chilly in the waiting room. I had to ask the tech to retrieve my sweatshirt from my car because is was so cold.

brought the car in for recall inspections and the service found a problem unrelated to the recall but fixed ti too...T

NOT is the appropriate word
This was my first time for service on my Hyundai for an oil change. I had appointment but it took over 2 hours, and the reason I was told they only had one oil change technician. The real reason is my car did not even go into the Bay for over an hour from my appointment time. I don't know why they offer a car wash if they do a terrible job and it adds more time to your waiting. I had to rewash my cay especially the windows when I got home. If you have to wait their waiting area is the worst and don't expect any water unless you use the vending machine.

Great experience. I have a 2017 Sonata. They were all nice and serviced my car well. I can only go there for recalls and what is covered under the warranty. I wish I could afford to have my Oil changes done there as well but cost too much.
