They are right there when I pull up , listen to whatever I need, pull up my service record, and discuss everything with me . They keep my car running wonderful.

Great waiting area
Even though it may take a little longer for service then I’d like the popcorn and soda are always nice! Also they were serving ice cream when I came in!

Sales is Awesome. Maintenance has issues.
We have always had a good sales experience there. The Maintenance staff is nice and helpful. We had a repair that took 4 times to get right. We were treated well, but that was too many visits for a single issue. The person we called to check status on the car did a poor job of communicating with the person in charge of the repair. In person is fine. Terrible over the phone.

We spoke with your wife today and we apologize for the re-ordering of parts. Once we got into the job and fixed the initial broken component, it appeared there was another part that needed replacing so we had to order another to ensure your door locks worked properly. Service
Service is good, communication on this case was good. I keep my car immaculate, it's washed twice a week and I don't scuff my doors or door jams when getting in/out of my car, yet the tech doing my oil changes seems to put his greasy boot on the plastic door jam piece and it leaves grease and oil EVERY TIME.

Next time I will have the service manager clean it up and if scuffed replace it.
