Super friendly and caring Dealership
This is my second trip for routine maintenance. The staff are super friendly and don't try to up sell you on repairs and parts you don't need. They attend to your needs and answer questions. A nice and quiet waiting room with wi-fi is available with snack machines and coffee too. Makes waiting for your vehicle comfortable.
Eckert Hyundai in Denton will be recommended by me to others for sure.

Not sure if i missed something important
I called & explained I had received an email saying I was passed due for service AND I was 700 miles from needing an oil change. I explained I had just come back from a 2,500 mile road trip. I told her I "thought" the email said 25,000 maintenance and I was at about 24,000 now. She said she didn't understand why I would get that email because I didn't need to take it in until 30,000 miles so she just made an oil change appointment. I wasn't able to check my email until I got home from getting the oil change. The email said 22,500. Which means I need to call back and see if I need to bring it in again. If I need a 22,500 check, I don't understand why they didn't check my records to see I hadn't had that yet. I've had a Honda. The communication by mail, email, and at the service department always knew what I needed and made it so easy not to miss a beat. Other than that, Everyone was nice and oil change was done quickly.

Took car in for first oil change and told them to check everything because going on a trip.
Oil cap was put on loosely and therefore I had an oil leak. Spent a day of vacation taking
it to a dealership in the area where I was just to find out cap was loose. But they were
very very attentive at the Aurora, CO dealership...took me in ASAP, found the problem
and capped off my oil at no charge. I am hoping that the Eckert Hyundai will do a better
job net time.
