Covid-19
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic taking place in the world it would have been great to see EVERY worker taking it a lot more serious!! NO ONE had on a mask, face shield, gloves NOTHING. The service department had no type of protection from breathing or transferring anything from one person to another, even a plastic shield is put up in grocery stores for cashiers.

Outstanding Service
Outstanding extremely competent service. The technicians not only expertly performed the repairs, but in addition gave the customer a feeling of high confidence by patiently explaining in terms the customer could understand what was being done. Since the repairs were to take more than one day, the customer was immediately given a loaner car, making it very convenient to get back home, especially appreciated during this coronavirus period.

Recently took my car to Hyundai mall of ga , not happy with the service department. Charged me extra for parts I didn’t need & still having trouble With car . Can’t get my service advisor that I was dealing with to even contact me back . When I told him about the parts I paid for and didn’t need . He acted like o well. The car was a warranty job should of been a no problem fix
